District Shift Leader

Brand: Einstein Bros. Bagels Einstein Bros. Bagels, baking bagels fresh daily since 1995, offers a work‑life balanced environment with store closing at 2 PM. Position Overview We are looking for a District Shift Leader who will participate in a General Manager development plan. If successful, you will become next in line for a General Manager position. Day in the Life Perform management duties at a home location and support other bakeries as needed. Travel to gain independence and learning. Lead by example, be a brand ambassador, coach teams. Handle inventory tracking, vendor orders, cash management, P&L analysis, food cost/labor targets, scheduling, recruiting. Compensation Hourly rate $14.57 – $21.86. Starting pay subject to local and state minimum wage regulations.
