The ideal candidate is highly dependable, communicates clearly, and is comfortable handling administrative and case-related support responsibilities.Responsibilities:Prepare, format, and submit legal documents through electronic filing systems while ensuring compliance with court rules and deadlines.Maintain calendars by coordinating hearings, meetings, appointments, and other time-sensitive commitments.Transcribe dictated notes, correspondence, and legal materials into clear and accurate documents.Track filing dates, court deadlines, and case milestones to help keep matters moving efficiently.Organize, update, and manage legal files, records, and related documentation for easy retrieval and accuracy.Communicate with courts, clients, and internal team members in a timely manner regarding scheduling and document status.Review documents for completeness, formatting consistency, and proper submission requirements before filing.Provide day-to-day administrative support to legal staff, including document handling, correspondence, and case coordination.
