Responsibilities

• Operate CT equipment to produce diagnostic cross-sectional images, ensuring image quality and patient safety
• Perform CT procedures and a variety of imaging modalities as needed, including general radiography and fluoroscopy
• Use PACS and teleradiology systems to transfer images to the radiologist for interpretation
• Maintain accurate patient records, files and billing information while upholding HIPAA and confidentiality guidelines
• Conduct routine maintenance and calibration of CT equipment and manage supply inventory

Requirements

• Associate degree in Radiologic Technology (preferred)
• ARRT certification with CT modality (R.T. (R)(CT)(ARRT) or R.T. (R)(ARRT)) required
• Advanced CT certification required in OR and HI; preferred in CA
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required per policy
• Venipuncture certification preferred
• ARRT-CT certification required
• At least two years of recent experience in radiology
• Current nursing license per the state of assignment (Oregon)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced short-term acute care setting
