Job Title: Brand Merchandising 3
Location: Beaverton, OR (Hybrid - 4 days/week)
Duration: 7+ Months Contract Job Description:
The nature of the work is focused on consumer insights, assortment planning, Go to Market, and product management activities. Ensure merchandised assortments allow appropriate segmentation, deliver differentiation of the marketplace and drive incremental growth. Finalize all category assortment plans and Product resolution aProductst issues on flow, pricing and distribution decisions. Work to ensure assortment category vision is driven to the retail floor and that end state is profitable consumer right assortments. Optimize the planning and placement of products in the appropriate format.
Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree and minimum of 5 years directly relevant work experience
Note : One of the following alternatives may be accepted: PhD or Law + 3 yrs; Masters + 4 yrs; Associates degree + 6 yrs; High School + 7 yrs.

- 5+ years' experience required in a merchandising role
- Top must-have skills include the following:
- Strong communication skills
- ttention to detail
- bility to prioritize
- bility to pivot to different responsibilities as needed
- Retail business acumen
- Basic knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Keynote
- ETW will help support work on in-season management, pre-season planning and execution of assortments, and post-season recaps - providing business recaps to internal audiences
- Will work with ~4 other on direct team, cross functional team includes ~25 others (full stores team)
- 1-2 rounds of interviews anticipated
