Salary: $150,000 - 180,000 per year Requirements:

• We prefer exposure to mobile development technologies such as Swift, Kotlin, and native mobile architecture.
• We need experience with DevSecOps and platform tools including GitHub, Azure DevOps, Kubernetes, Terraform, SonarQube, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, containerization, and cloud-native engineering practices.
• We value a working understanding of automated testing tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Appium, and Karate.

• We provide technical leadership across one or more Agile product pods delivering customer-facing digital banking capabilities.

• We partner with engineers to resolve critical production issues and performance problems.
• We promote coding standards, engineering best practices, and reusable design patterns.
• We review and approve technical designs, pull requests, and implementation approaches.
• We design scalable, resilient, cloud-ready, and event-driven solutions.
• We collaborate with enterprise and domain architects to define future-state architectures.
• We lead technical solutioning for new digital banking products, customer journeys, and platform enhancements.
• We promote API-first and event-driven architecture principles across the organization.
• We drive microservices adoption, integration strategies, and modernization initiatives.
• We evaluate emerging technologies and identify opportunities for innovation.
• We work closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, and Engineers to deliver business value.
• We participate in backlog refinement, technical estimation, sprint planning, and release planning.
• We ensure technical and non-functional requirements are understood and properly prioritized.
• We coordinate cross-team dependencies and technical integrations.
• We support large-scale initiatives spanning multiple engineering teams.
• We champion automated testing, quality engineering, and continuous improvement.
• We partner with Quality Engineering teams to improve automation coverage and product quality.
• We drive improvements in reliability, performance, scalability, and observability.
• We promote shift-left testing and DevSecOps practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
• We implement and track engineering metrics focused on quality, delivery, reliability, and operational excellence.
• We mentor and coach software engineers at different experience levels.
• We foster a culture of ownership, learning, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• We help teams work through complex technical decisions and implementation challenges.
• We influence technical direction through collaboration rather than authority.

We are hiring a remote Technical Lead for our Personal & Business Banking Digital Engineering organization, with this role available only in AX, NC, NJ, and TX. This is a hands-on engineering leadership position rather than a people management role, and it is ideal for someone who enjoys building software, solving complex technical problems, influencing architecture, and helping teams deliver secure, scalable, customer-focused digital banking experiences. We partner across Agile delivery pods, engineering leadership, architecture, quality engineering, and DevSecOps to shape technical strategy and execution. Our compensation includes a base salary generally between $150,000 and $180,000, with actual pay determined by skills, experience, location, and other lawful factors. We also offer a competitive, thoughtfully designed benefits program as part of our total rewards package.
