Sales Supervisor - Chicago Premium Outlet

Summary The Sales Supervisor will support management with store operations at the Chicago Premium Outlet location, driving sales, coaching the team, and ensuring a high level of customer experience and store standards. Responsibilities Achieve or exceed individual and store sales and commercial KPIs Lead the sales floor to deliver an excellent customer experience Maintain a guest ready store where clients feel welcomed Provide styling expertise and product knowledge to build sales Manage client contact and follow up on sales and inquiries Foster collaboration and open communication with colleagues Open and close the store according to procedures Ensure sales floor and stockroom are organized Requirements 3+ years experience in retail sales or industry related role Prior leadership experience strongly preferred Experience generating sales and developing client relationships Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Computer skills including POS and Microsoft Office Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays #J-18808-Ljbffr brobstongroup.com - Jobboard
