Which means when you succeed, we all do.Here's What The Job Really Looks LikeWorks closely with a team of recruiters managing recruiting activities and building candidate relationships to support the daily Human Resources operations functions for a call-center facility. Responsible for all portions of roster management. This will vary by client but will include items such as confirmation of all personal candidate information, confirming completion of all new hire documents, communicating with new hires on their status as well as timely delivery of all required information to the client. Primary resource to ensure the completion of all candidate I9 forms. Required to send out an email at the end of every day, to all candidates that have received an offer in the last 24 hours with instructions for onboarding/background authorization/licensing link completion.How You'll Make An ImpactScheduling interviews and phone screensWorking directly with candidates and hiring managers, in some cases arranging interviews for visiting candidatesWhat You'll Actually DoUpdating candidate records, job postings in recruiting systems and confirming new for orientationProviding follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email tracking recruiting activities and providing weekly activity reportingCoordinating the post-interview debrief meetings and providing debrief materials to candidatesIdentifying opportunities for improving the candidate experience and interview process efficiencyAssisting in the coordination of other recruiting activities and events as neededOther assigned duties include performing tasks related to:Background checksDrug testingDispositions in Taleo for strategic accountsFile management for strategic accountsSupporting open houses and assessmentsCreate badges and manage key masterOpen requisitionsWhat'll Set You Up For SuccessHigh School Diploma or equivalent, associate's degree preferred.2-3 years as an administrative assistant in a professional setting.Experience with MS Word, Excel and PowerPointOrganization, attention to detail & ability to manage multiple systems at a time.Superb customer focus, attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to multi-task, problem-solve and meet time sensitive targetsStrong commitment to goal achievementMust be available to workday, evening and weekend shifts as neededAbility to keep and maintain confidential and secure records and informationStrong oral and written communication skillsAbility to work in a fast paced, quickly changing environmentSchedule flexibility, including occasional weekends are requiredWhy Alorica?Our culture shows up in how we work together, support each other, and show up for our clients.
