About The Role We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Remote Customer Service Representatives to join our dynamic call center team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for healthcare members, providing exceptional service and support through inbound calls. Your responsibilities will include addressing inquiries related to healthcare services, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a positive experience for every caller. This position offers an excellent opportunity to grow professionally within a supportive environment that values excellence, empathy, and teamwork. As a work-from-home team member, you will participate in active camera sessions during onboarding, training, and as needed in production, ensuring engagement and accountability in your role. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to customer service excellence, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Prior experience in healthcare or a call center environment is preferred, with at least one year of relevant experience required. Proficiency in navigating computer applications and a typing speed of at least 25 WPM are essential. Candidates must have a reliable, secure internet connection with minimum speeds of 10 Mbps upload and 25 Mbps download, along with a dedicated, private work area at home. Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends, is necessary. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and candidates must be at least 18 years old. A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a desire to exceed customer expectations are highly valued traits. Responsibilities Handle incoming calls promptly and professionally, providing courteous and empathetic assistance to healthcare members. Research and analyse customer inquiries to deliver accurate and effective resolutions. Document call details thoroughly and accurately in the system for future reference and quality assurance. Communicate clearly and diplomatically, demonstrating professionalism and compassion in every interaction. Meet daily team goals for quality assurance and customer satisfaction metrics. Stay updated on healthcare policies, procedures, and systems to provide informed support. Participate actively in training sessions and team meetings, contributing to a collaborative team environment.
