About the Role
eWe are seeking a motivated and people-oriented Customer Service & Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role combines customer support, relationship building, and sales execution to deliver an exceptional customer experience while helping drive company growth
.The ideal candidate is energetic, professional, and confident communicating with customers in both service and sales-focused conversations. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, solving problems, and helping customers find the right solutions, we’d love to hear from you

Responsibilities
• Provide outstanding customer service and support to new and existing customers
• Handle inbound and outbound customer communications via phone, email, and text
• Educate customers on products, services, and promotions
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner
• Accurately document customer interactions and account updates
• Meet individual and team performance goals
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a positive customer experience
Qualifications
• Previous customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, or call center experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable speaking with customers and handling objections
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
• Coachable and eager to learn
