We are seeking Assembly Operators for our day and swing shifts .

Job Location: Woodinville, WA

Responsibilities:

• Work with a team to manufacture, assemble and package products
• Set up and operate machines following established procedures and guidelines.
• Work on time to schedule to meet daily manufacturing goals.
• Use a computer to set up jobs ready to process.
• Perform operator-level maintenance, per schedule.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or related field is a plus!
• Ability to build paper loads for proper feeding into Assembly resources.
• Ability to navigate and use a Windows-based and/or Apple-based computer at a basic level and understand the resource computers and scheduling process.
• Ability to handle physical workload.
• Ability to work well in teams and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to frequently lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift up to 75 pounds.
• Requires standing for most of the shift.
• Must be able to speak, read and be able to follow written and verbal instructions in English.
• Accuracy, attention to detail, consistency, and reliability are mandatory.
