Equivalent experience includes a proven track record of skills, professional accomplishments, or training related to the role.3+ years of experience in consulting or industry roles focused on WMSPrior Operations Experience crucial. Direct warehouse operations background, with ability to manage implementations from both the operations and application perspective.Full capability to engage with all WMS functionality at a Super-User level usingManhattan Associates (Active, WMOS, WMi, SCALE, Labor Management)Proven ability to translate requirements expressed by the business into technical/system functionalityExperience troubleshooting and resolving issues that arise during implementation, including basic SQL-based validationAbility to work on-site directly with the customer project team (primarily on site) during configuration, testing, training, and implementation phases and independently lead smaller to moderately complex WMS deploymentsExperience managing requirements, documentation, issue tracking, and project status reportingExperience that's a plusYou'll stand out if you also bring experience with:Experience working with WMS integrations, including ERP and 3PL systemsParticipation in functional testing and validation phases during implementationsExperience writing or validating functional and basic technical design documentsExposure to configuration, cutover planning, and post-go-live hypercareWhat you'll actually doServe as the functional and/or technical SME for Manhattan Associates WMS implementations.Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system configurations.P articipate in design workshops, requirements gathering sessions, and client-facing solution reviews.Review and validate integration mapping and interface testing outcomes.Author and maintain functional design documentation; collaborate with technical teams to validate technical design.Facilitate and support functional testing phases (system, UAT, regression).Troubleshoot and resolve WMS issues during implementation and go-live.Support cutover planning, user training, and post-go-live hypercare.Deliver measurable business results through creative problem solving, structured project management, and cross-team collaboration.Additional infoPay Range: $70,000-230,000USD + BonusThe range shown represents a grouping of relevant ranges currently in use at Spinnaker SCA.
