Reference: PR/599084_1784738964Reliability EngineerWe're looking for a Reliability Engineer to support a high-volume manufacturing operation focused on improving equipment performance, uptime, and long-term reliability across the plant.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys digging into equipment issues, identifying root causes, and building sustainable solutions-not just reacting to breakdowns.What You'll Be DoingOwn and drive equipment reliability initiatives across the plantLead root cause analysis (RCA) and troubleshooting on recurring failuresDevelop and improve preventive maintenance (PM) strategiesUse CMMS and operational data to identify trends and drive decisionsIdentify high-risk equipment ("bad actors") and prioritize improvement effortsPartner closely with maintenance, engineering, and operations teamsSupport and lead projects aimed at improving uptime, efficiency, and performanceContribute to building a more proactive, reliability-focused cultureWhat We're Looking ForBackground in manufacturing engineering, maintenance, or reliabilityExperience troubleshooting equipment and driving long-term fixesExposure to PM optimization, RCA methodologies, or reliability tools (FMEA, RCM, etc.)Comfortable working with data, systems, and CMMS platformsAbility to work both on the plant floor and cross-functionally with teamsStrong communication skills and a hands-on, problem-solving mindsetNice to HaveExperience in high-volume or continuous manufacturing environmentsFamiliarity with condition-based monitoring or predictive maintenanceCMRP or similar certificationsWhy This RoleOpportunity to own reliability vs. just maintain equipmentHigh visibility across operations, engineering, and leadershipAbility to make a direct impact on uptime and plant performance
