About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Sales to lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close, with a focus on B2B SaaS sales, particularly in the healthcare sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the entire sales process, including leading, managing, and mentoring a team of Growth Managers. This role requires a hands-on approach to building and managing a strong sales pipeline, delivering compelling product demos, and working closely with the growth and marketing teams on messaging and demand generation. The VP of Sales will also be expected to maintain accurate CRM updates, forecasting, and activity tracking, as well as to partner with Customer Success for smooth onboarding and post-sale handoff. Applicants for the VP of Sales position at the company should have 3-7 years' of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with a strong preference for those with a background in healthcare SaaS. The role demands a proven track record in managing and scaling sales or growth teams, including all aspects of the sales process from hiring to performance management. The ideal candidate will have a history of success in closing mid-market deals with multiple stakeholders, possess strong demo skills, and be adept at translating complex workflows into clear ROI. Excellent communication, organizational, leadership, and pipeline-management skills are essential, as is the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, high-ownership, and experimental environment. Experience in selling to clinics, MSOs, or physician groups is a significant advantage.
