Senior Large Business Account Manager Location: Tempe, AZ, US Date: Apr 29, 2026 Requisition ID: 20058 Summary Serves as the single point of contact with assigned customers for SRP’s large business accounts to build and enhance relationships with key decision makers. This includes resolving issues, providing qualitative preparation of major energy and sustainability initiatives, and engaging with customer corporate energy teams. Responsibilities Serve as single point of contact with assigned customers. Represent SRP in discussions with commercial and industrial customers. Provide customer interpretation and guidance to SRP's Management about complex energy and sustainability initiatives. Analyze assigned customer operations for opportunities to market SRP's products and services. Evaluate and recommend end‑use technologies and materials related to customer's energy use. Coordinate price plan comparisons and load and cost of operation evaluations for customers. Analyze assigned market segment for trends that present opportunities or threats. Engage with various levels within assigned customer base, including hosting events. Occasionally be available outside business hours. Communicate SRP's Rules & Regulations, Price Plans, and Corporate Objectives to customers. Education A bachelor's degree relevant to the assignment from an accredited institution is preferred. Experience Level I — Associate: In lieu of a degree, 4 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience totaling 4 years may be considered. Level 2 – Journey: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience required. In lieu of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience totaling 6 years may be considered. Level 3 – Senior: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience required. In lieu of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience totaling 9 years may be considered. Additional Requirements and Qualifications Eligibility for advancement to the next level is based on overall job performance, mastery of all functional responsibilities, and time in position, as assessed by the supervisor.
