ICON is seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to drive strategic HR initiatives across its teams in Austin, TX. With 8+ years in HR including experience with senior leadership, the HRBP will develop human capital strategies, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with HR practices.
