JOB SUMMARY KNAPP Connectors is seeking a bright, organized, and technologically comfortable Junior Marketing & Office Assistant to support our U.S. team in Pineville, North Carolina. This is an entry-level role for someone who wants hands-on business experience and the opportunity to grow. Marketing will be the primary focus, with general office and administrative support as a secondary part of the job. The right person does not need to arrive as an expert. We are looking for strong fundamentals, curiosity, good judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to learn.

ENTRY-LEVEL EXPECTATION

We will train the employee on KNAPP products, industry, internal processes, and company-specific systems. We do expect a willingness to learn new tools through guidance, tutorials, practice, and self-directed learning.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Marketing Support • Assist with social media content, scheduling, and day-to-day channel updates. • Help create simple graphics, photos, short videos, flyers, presentations, and other marketing materials. • Assist with website updates, product content, and basic SEO tasks under direction. • Support email marketing, CRM updates, contact lists, and basic campaign reporting. • Research competitors, industry topics, customer questions, and content ideas. • Keep marketing files, photos, videos, templates, and digital assets organized. Office & Administrative Support • Assist with scheduling, document preparation, spreadsheets, data entry, digital filing, and routine correspondence. • Help maintain organized shared folders, task lists, calendars, and basic administrative records. • Provide practical support with office supplies, vendors, visitors, deliveries, and day-to-day office needs. • Assist with gathering and organizing invoices, receipts, vendor documents, and other information requested by management or accounting. Trade Shows & Projects • Support trade-show preparation, marketing materials, registrations, booth supplies, shipping information, and follow-up. • Assist with small marketing and administrative projects, track assigned deadlines, and follow tasks through to completion.

CANDIDATE PROFILE • Recent graduate or early-career candidate in marketing, business, communications, digital media, or a related field. Relevant coursework, internships, student projects, freelance work, or practical experience all count. • Strong written communication, organization, and attention to detail. • Comfortable with computers, online research, cloud-based tools, and learning new software. • Creative and curious, but also willing to handle routine administrative work accurately. • Reliable, professional, and comfortable asking questions when needed while also trying to find answers independently. • Interested in learning our products, customers, and industry.

HELPFUL SKILLS - NOT ALL REQUIRED Exposure to any of the following is useful, but we do not expect a junior candidate to have mastered every tool or area: • Canva, Adobe Express/Creative Cloud, CapCut, or similar creative tools • Social media platforms and content scheduling • Website/CMS tools and basic SEO concepts • Email marketing or CRM platforms such as Zoho, Mailchimp, or HubSpot • Microsoft 365 and/or Google Workspace • ChatGPT, Copilot, or other AI-enabled productivity tools • Basic photography, video editing, spreadsheets, or analytics

GROWTH OPPORTUNITY This position is intended to provide broad, hands-on experience while building stronger marketing capability inside KNAPP USA. As the employee develops product knowledge, technical skills, and demonstrated results, the role may grow into a larger marketing position over time based on company needs and performance.

WORK ENVIRONMENT & GENERAL REQUIREMENTS This is a full-time, on-site position in Pineville, North Carolina. Regular and reliable attendance is required. The role is primarily office-based and connected to warehouse operations. Occasional movement through the facility, trade-show preparation, and lifting or moving materials up to approximately 25 pounds may be required.
