Qualifications Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice. Compact licenses transferred to state of residence within 90 days. Current CPR certification (hands‑on component); Aveanna can assist after hire if needed. TB skin test current within last 12 months. Half‑year prior hands‑on nursing experience preferred but not required. Reliable transportation. State‑specific requirements as applicable.
