You enjoy helping people and creating a positive first impression You take pride in delivering excellent customer service You are organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities You thrive in a team environment and communicate clearly with others You want to be part of a growing organization where your role truly matters What You’ll Do Greet patients and provide a warm, professional experience at every interaction Manage incoming calls, answer questions, and direct patients appropriately Schedule appointments efficiently and accurately Prepare for patient visits by verifying insurance, confirming appointments, collecting co-pays, and sharing any necessary pre-visit instructions Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records within the EMR system Support the care team by ensuring patient needs are clearly communicated prior to visits Assist with front office organization and day-to-day tasks to keep the practice running smoothly What You’ll Bring Strong customer service and communication skills High school diploma or equivalent required One to three years of experience in a medical office or similar setting preferred Experience with EMR systems strongly preferred (Athena experience is a plus) Ability to stay organized and professional in a fast-paced environment Why join Revere Medical At Revere Medical, you’re more than the front desk—you’re the first connection patients have to their care team.
