Account ManagerClearsite Industrial Services is a leader in hydrovac and vacuum excavation, providing safe dig solutions to the construction industry with a focus on safety, efficiency, and trusted partnerships. As an Account Manager based in Richmond, Virginia, you will play a pivotal role in expanding Clearsite's presence and driving growth in your assigned territory. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met while upholding Clearsite's commitment to operational excellence. Key responsibilities include:Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives to grow Clearsite's market share within the assigned territoryManage and expand customer relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and partnerIdentify and pursue high-potential market segments for vacuum excavation servicesConduct site visits for bidding, inspections, and project preparationPrepare and submit competitive bids for projectsCollaborate with Operations to ensure timely and efficient service deliveryProvide ongoing account management, including collections support as neededEducate construction and safety stakeholders on Clearsite's services and best practices
