Hardware Validation Engineer

Job Title
Skills Required: 6+ Year experience
- Knowledge of automotive sub-systems (at least one of Powertrain, Climate, ADAS Body etc.)
- Experience in HIL validation
- Developing tests from requirements, and executing test cases on the HIL rigs
- Knowledge of dSpace ControlDesk, AutomationDesk
- Familiarity with calibration Tools like ATI Vision
- Working knowledge of Matlab Simulink for understanding and updating plant models as needed
- Basic understanding of wiring schematics
- Working knowledge of Python scripting
- Understand requirements of vehicle systems, platforms, and features? Discuss with Customer teams and get the clarification on requirements if needed
- Develop Design Verification Methods against requirements
- Develop test scripts against DVMs in Python or CAPL etc.
- Analyzing the Failed Test cases and identify where the problems are in test case, software, calibration etc.
- Take complete ownership of the work assigned in terms of quality and timeliness
- Ensure correct version control mechanisms used
- Timely escalation of issues and risks
