What You'll Do

• Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot manufacturing processes on injection-molding, assembly, or fabrication lines
• Support new program launches — APQP, PPAP, DFMEA, and manufacturing feasibility assessments
• Work with servo motors, PLCs, pneumatic systems, and vision/sensor systems to improve equipment performance
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methods
• Collaborate with quality, production, and program teams to resolve issues on the floor

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (or equivalent hands-on experience)
• Experience in an IATF 16949-certified automotive manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with SolidWorks, NX, or CATIA
• Comfortable on the shop floor as well as at a desk
