Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ social, emotional, and environmental needs, ensuring the identification of underlying issues affecting their well-being.

• Develop and implement individualized service plans that outline specific goals and interventions for clients, ensuring they have a clear pathway to recovery.

• Provide both individual and family counseling, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to help clients navigate their challenges.

• Facilitate crisis interventions, conduct risk assessments, and develop safety plans for clients in high-risk situations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work closely with individuals struggling with substance use disorders, providing support during their detoxification process. Our clientele may also face related social challenges, including mental health issues and socio-economic barriers. You will play a pivotal role in empowering clients to achieve their recovery goals and improve their overall quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Virginia.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this full-time position is between USD 60,000 and USD 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
