Key Qualifications:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Previous experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in school settings
• Strong understanding of speech, language, and communication disorders as they relate to students from diverse backgrounds
• Ability to create and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals and lead therapy sessions aligned with student needs
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Commitment to collaboration with teachers, support staff, and families

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations for students identified with speech and language concerns
• Develop and deliver tailored speech-language therapy plans for students in grades PreK–12
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expert recommendations for student progress and goals
• Maintain thorough, timely documentation of sessions, progress, and communication with staff/families
• Offer support, coaching, and resources to teachers and families to promote student success
• Remain current with best practices, state regulations, and school-based therapy methods
