Key Qualifications:

• Hold current Michigan licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC required)
• Experience in school-based settings, providing therapy for students in K-12
• Strong oral and written communication skills for collaboration with educators and parents
• Committed to delivering services onsite (no virtual/remote placements)
• Not accepting SLP Clinical Fellows (CFs) for this role

What You'll Do:

• Deliver individualized and group speech-language therapy in accordance with IEPs
• Assess, document, and regularly review student progress and goals
• Collaborate with special education staff, teachers, and families to create supportive learning environments
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to the development of student plans
• Maintain detailed records and ensure compliance with all state and district requirements
