Make a meaningful impact in the lives of students by providing speech and language therapy services in a collaborative school environment. This contract opportunity is onsite and serves a diverse caseload of K-12 students in the Ypsilanti area for the 2026-2027 academic year. You'll work alongside experienced professionals dedicated to student growth. The standard schedule is full-time (37.5 hours per week) but candidates open to part-time are also encouraged to apply.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Michigan SLP license (active and in good standing)
• Experience supporting K-12 students with speech and language needs
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• No Clinical Fellows (SLP-CF) at this time; only fully licensed SLPs considered
• Must be available for onsite work – virtual/remote not available for this assignment

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
• Provide direct therapy to students, adapting strategies to meet varied needs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to foster student success
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation and progress reports
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to a multidisciplinary team
