Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at our facility, your key responsibilities will encompass a variety of clinical functions, including:

• Developing detailed, individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Implementing therapeutic interventions through one-on-one virtual sessions, effectively aiding students in building coping mechanisms and improved emotional regulation.

• Maintaining accurate clinical records and documentation, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and our clinic’s privacy standards.

• Collaborating with educational staff, parents, and other health professionals to create an integrated support system for students, attending meetings as necessary to discuss progress.

• Leading educational workshops and informal discussions aimed at increasing mental health awareness within the school community, providing guidance to staff and parents on recognizing mental health concerns.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on school-aged children and adolescents who face a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma-related conditions. You'll be instrumental in helping these young individuals achieve better mental health outcomes, facilitating their emotional and academic growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid state license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
