Are you a licensed real estate agent who wants to build a real business, but needs more opportunities, support, and experience?
We’re looking for a motivated agent to join our growing team.
This role gives you the opportunity to earn income through showing appointments while building your own buyer and listing business.
What You’ll Do● Show homes for buyers and other agents on the team
● Work with buyers from first conversation through closing
● Prospect and follow up with potential clients
● Build your own pipeline of buyers and sellers
● Develop into a productive Buyer’s and Listing Agent
● Attend inspections, walkthroughs, and client appointments
● Participate in team training, coaching, and accountability
CompensationShowing Opportunities: $30/hour + applicable closing bonuses
Buyer Listing Transactions: Commission-based compensation
Showing opportunities can provide additional income while you grow your own client base and production.
What We’re Looking For● Active real estate license
● Motivated to build a full-time real estate career
● Comfortable prospecting and following up with leads
● Strong communication and customer service skills
● Coachable, dependable, and self-motivated
● Willing to work with buyers, sellers, and showing opportunities
● Comfortable using CRM and real estate technology
