Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of clients facing major mental illnesses and emotional disorders, mainly in the office as well as in community-based settings.

• Participate actively as a team member, contributing to shared goals and demonstrating a strong collaboration ethic in case discussions and treatment planning.

• Build rapport and trust with clients, ensuring they feel safe and supported throughout their treatment process.

• Conduct brief, evidence-based screenings and thorough assessments, integrating findings into comprehensive care plans tailored to client needs.

• Maintain the highest ethical standards and comply with the code of conduct as established by Bright View Behavioral Solutions.

• Develop and implement integrated care plans while ensuring effective communication among clients, their families, and other care providers.

• Monitor client progress and contribute to crises intervention efforts, providing timely support during emergencies.

• Assist with on-call coverage, including weekends and evenings, as necessary to maintain continuity of care.

• Ensure the timely documentation of client meetings and the completion of required reports in line with organizational standards.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $85,000, commensurate with experience.
