Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Quality Systems Manager to lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of our quality management systems. In this pivotal role, you will ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations such as AS9100/NQA. Your expertise will drive quality assurance initiatives across manufacturing processes. Responsibilities This role offers an exciting opportunity to influence the quality landscape of our organization while working in a fast-paced, innovative environment. AS9100/NQA-1 Management Rep including maintaining and reporting on QMS Lead Auditor for AS9100 and NQA-1 Plans, maintains, and conducts internal and external audit schedules and reports Participates in Contract Review when required Ensures all job administration duties are conducted as planned Review FARS / DFARS for their applicability to Paragon. Maintain SQDIP process and continuous improvement efforts. Completing corrective actions as needed. Qualifications At least 5 years’ experience in a Quality Management role with experience in the mold building field required. Knowledge and understanding of QA programs and applicable elements. Auditing competence including scheduling and conducting audits. Working knowledge of NQA-1 and AS9100 standards required.
