Nurse Manager - Cath Lab

This full-time leadership role reports to the Director of Telemetry & Cardiovascular Services and is responsible for 24-hour management of patient care in designated areas. Responsibilities include coordinating care based on patient needs, supporting staff clinically and materially, and ensuring continuous quality improvement and fiscal responsibility. Requirements include current California RN licensure (or ability to obtain within six months), a Bachelor's Degree (or three years of nursing leadership experience in lieu), and a minimum of three years of nursing experience (additional experience if leadership experience replaces education). Two years of management experience is preferred, along with effective communication skills and leadership abilities. Current AHA Healthcare Provider CPR certification is required. The pay range is $67.16 - $100.75 per hour.
