Job Title: IT Analyst / Programmer Job Code: CoP 164617 Client: City of Phoenix – Phoenix Fire Department Location: Phoenix, Arizona (100% Onsite) Duration: Until 08/31/2027 Work Hours: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (40 Hours/Week) Work Location: 150 S. 12th Street, Phoenix, AZ 85034 Closing Date: 08/19/2026 @ 4:00 PM Position Overview The City of Phoenix Fire Department is seeking an experienced IT Analyst / Programmer II to support the development, integration, implementation, and administration of mission-critical business applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, Azure, SQL Server, PowerShell, Python, and cloud-based application support. This role involves workflow automation, data integration, application support, business analysis, and supporting public safety systems. Important Notes 100% Onsite Position – Phoenix, AZ Local Phoenix Candidates Only Resume must include current location. Candidate must be available for an in-person interview within one week of the posting close date. Candidate must be able to start within two weeks of receiving an offer. Required Skills 2+ years of Business Analysis and documentation experience 2+ years of development experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint 2+ years supporting cloud-based applications 1+ year of Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL) experience Experience with Power Platform, workflow automation, and Power Pages Experience integrating SQL Server, SharePoint, and REST APIs T-SQL programming and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) PowerShell and/or Python scripting for ETL and automation Experience with Azure and cloud-based application support Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills Ability to analyze business processes and implement system improvements Preferred Skills Azure Cloud SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) Power Pages REST APIs ETL Development PowerShell Python Records Management Process Automation Data Integration Application Security Environmental Compliance Primary Skills Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, Azure, Microsoft SQL Server, T-SQL, SSRS, Power Platform, Business Analysis, PowerShell, Python, ETL, REST APIs, Workflow Automation, Cloud Applications, Process Automation, Data Integration, Application Support, SQL Server #J-18808-Ljbffr
