Tax Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead tax compliance and consulting engagements for a variety of clients.
- Review returns, projections, and tax planning strategies while ensuring exceptional quality and client service.
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members to reach their full potential.
- Manage multiple engagements, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and identify opportunities to help clients achieve their goals.
- CPA license required.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; Master's preferred.
- 5+ years of recent public accounting experience.
- Strong tax technical expertise and leadership experience.
- Outstanding communication, project management, and relationship-building skills
