Support junior high students on their educational journey by lending your expertise as a Speech-Language Pathologist on a contract basis. You'll have the opportunity to provide continuity of care during a maternity leave, making a meaningful difference in a vibrant school setting. The assignment begins as soon as possible and runs through October 6, 2026, with a full-time schedule.

Key Qualifications:

• Active SLP-CCC licensure for Ohio is required
• Previous experience working in school settings, specifically with junior high age groups
• Strong ability to collaborate with educational staff and families
• Skilled in conducting assessments, developing IEPs, and implementing effective interventions
• Comfort working onsite within a school environment

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech and language therapy to junior high students in both individual and group sessions
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support students' communication needs in the classroom
• Evaluate student progress and document outcomes in compliance with school and state requirements
• Offer professional guidance to staff and families regarding speech and language development
• Ensure a supportive, inclusive environment that fosters student growth and success
