Industrial Maintenance Technician - 1st Shift

Industrial Maintenance TechnicianSuperior Outdoor Products is looking for a dependable, mechanically inclined Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our Extrusions team in New Holland, PA.In this hands-on role, you'll help keep our manufacturing equipment running safely and efficiently by troubleshooting equipment issues, completing repairs, performing preventive maintenance, and supporting continuous improvement projects.If you enjoy working with machinery, solving problems, and learning new skills, we'd like to hear from you.What You'll DoTroubleshoot, repair, and maintain manufacturing machinery and equipmentPerform preventive and predictive maintenance to reduce equipment downtimeDiagnose mechanical issues and assist with equipment repairsUse hand tools, power tools, measuring equipment, and other maintenance toolsAssist with equipment alignment, assembly, disassembly, and installationProvide basic machining and fabrication support for machine parts, extrusion tooling, and other projectsLearn the operation and maintenance requirements of equipment throughout the Extrusions facilityWork with production and other departments to resolve equipment issuesMaintain accurate records of parts and labor used for maintenance workWhat We're Looking For1–2 years of maintenance or manufacturing experience preferredBasic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skillsWillingness to learn and take directionStrong problem-solving skillsDependable and safety-focusedAbility to work well independently and as part of a teamBenefitsSuperior Outdoor Products offers:Medical, dental, and vision insuranceInsurance eligibility beginning after 30 days of employment401(k) retirement plan9 paid holidaysEmployer-paid short-term disability insuranceEmployer-paid long-term disability insuranceThis position works primarily in a manufacturing environment.
