Orange County, CA | Hybrid (2 Days Onsite) We’re partnering with a growing organization seeking a hands‑on HR Director to build and lead a scalable HR function supporting a large, multi‑state hourly workforce. This is a high‑impact leadership role with strong visibility across the organization and direct partnership with executive leadership. This opportunity is ideal for an HR leader who thrives in fast‑paced environments, enjoys building structure from the ground up, and brings deep expertise in California employment law, employee relations, and workers’ compensation.
