Speech Language Pathologist in Zion, IL

This in-person, full-time role offers the chance to bring your expertise in speech-language pathology to an educational setting near Zion, IL. You'll play a vital role, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to facilitate students success both in and out of the classroom. Preferred Qualifications: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) Valid license to practice as an SLP in Illinois (or eligibility to obtain) Prior experience working in school settings preferred Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Commitment to evidence-based, student-centered therapeutic practices Primary Responsibilities: Conduct evaluations and provide individual or group therapy for school-aged students with communication disorders Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals in collaboration with educators and families Complete required documentation, progress reports, and Medicaid billing (if applicable) Attend IEP meetings and contribute to the multidisciplinary team process Offer consultation and support to teachers and staff to promote generalization of skills in the classroom Foster a positive, inclusive environment that empowers each students potential Youll experience the satisfaction of making a real difference, all while collaborating with passionate professionals in a vibrant, supportive school community.
