Coast to Coast Events in New Orleans is looking for an energetic Account Manager to join our growing team! You'll represent powerhouse brands like AT&T, Samsung, and Apple in a fun, face-to-face sales environment. What You'll Do:
- Work with the team to sharpen your sales and customer service game
- Make sure every client leaves with a smile - top-notch service is key!
- Handle inquiries and solve problems on the spot
- Team up with the Branch Manager to keep everything running smoothly and ensure the team follows company policies
- Real-world, hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment
- The chance to build your leadership skills and create a winning track record
- A positive, competitive attitude that keeps you ahead of the game
- High school diploma (college degree preferred)
- Customer service experience - you're all about keeping clients happy
