Client Relations Specialist

Carolina Estate Planning is seeking an outgoing and personable Client Liaison who enjoys connecting with clients and ensuring they have an exceptional experience with our firm. In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for clients, helping them feel informed, supported, and cared for throughout their relationship with our team. The ideal candidate enjoys meaningful conversations, is an active listener, and takes pride in delivering outstanding client service. Much of your day will involve speaking with clients, checking in on their experience, and helping coordinate solutions when questions or concerns arise. At the same time, you will follow clear policies, procedures, and systems to keep client information organized and ensure a smooth experience. If you enjoy building trust with people, staying organized, and making a positive impact on clients’ lives, this role can be both rewarding and energizing.
