Taxpayer Support & Education Specialist

The Ohio Department of Taxation is seeking a Tax Examiner Associate to serve on the front lines of customer service, answering calls, emails, and live chats, and assisting taxpayers at the Welcome Center. The role involves educating taxpayers, attending outreach events, and helping develop instructional materials while gaining knowledge of all tax areas administered by Taxation.
