Account Supervisor

LOCATION RESTRICTIONS:

This remote position is available to U.S. residents only. Wisconsin residents or familiarity with Wisconsin markets preferred, but other locations will be considered.

JOB TYPE:

Part-time/LTE Contract. This position is projected to be 20-25 hours per week. Availability during business hours is required. Anticipated end date July, 2027.

OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader and a clear communicator who has experience managing a multi-channel campaign. This person will work with a team of account managers, strategy team members, media planners, creative team members, and ownership. They will be able to present to internal and client audiences with confidence. This person will be familiar with agency processes and bring to the table an outside perspective on process improvements.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise a team of agency professionals on a large client project. Build and maintain public client and agency relationships to ensure the team delivers the best product and service
• Supervise the development of campaign deliverables for one large KW2 client
• Proactively analyze clients’ challenges and marketing needs on an ongoing basis
• Mentor agency staff to ensure day-to-day execution, performance, and individual staff growth
• Model and encourage KW2’s mission and core values at all times
• Review client/project budget reports, and meet with account staff to manage performance and outcomes
• Act as a catalyst for driving business results and KW2 brand values agency-wide
• Oversee the management of assigned communications activities and deliverables, and collaborate closely with KW2 Strategists, Account Service, Creative, and client teams to ensure communications are accurate, consistent, and strategically aligned.

QUALIFICATIONS/COMPETENCIES

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Political Science, or a related field.

Experience: Proven experience in a similar role within a full-service advertising agency setting. Solid management experience and proven leadership to inspire a team to high performance. Minimum of 5-7 years of agency or client-side marketing experience preferred. Plus the following competencies:

• Ability to lead a team to the best project deliverables.
• Manage internal and external relationships with empathy and decisiveness.
• Strong knowledge of agency processes and superior client service skills
• Ability to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
• Knowledgeable of the branding and marketing planning protocols
• Ability to plan and organize multiple projects and prioritize timelines effectively and work with a large team on a tight deadline.

Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
