Senior Account Executive Honolulu, HI – Starting at $80k plus commission Position Overview The Senior Account Executive will focus on achieving sales targets and market goals within the Hawaii and Guam market segments. Customer engagement (face-to-face priority): Spends majority of time meeting clients in person to build relationships and deliver high-quality service. Account management & relationship building: Maintains, grows, and strengthens customer relationships while ensuring long-term satisfaction and retention. Sales planning & performance: Collaborates with leadership to set goals, implements accounts, and works to meet or exceed revenue targets. Market research & follow-through: Identifies opportunities through research, schedules appointments, follows up on leads, and supports ongoing sales activities. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required Must have at least 1 to 3 years of LTL/LCL sales experience to be considered.
