Base Salary: $75,000

Bonus: Up to 15% of Base Salary

Total Earning Potential: $86,250+

We are recruiting for a well-established seasonal restaurant in the Ironton area seeking an experienced General Manager to take ownership of the operation and lead a great team.

What You'll Do

• Take ownership of all day-to-day restaurant operations
• Build, coach, develop, and retain a high-performing team
• Create a positive culture where employees enjoy coming to work
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience built around genuine hospitality
• Manage the restaurant's P&L, sales, labor, food cost, inventory, and controllable expenses
• Develop schedules that balance excellent service with labor efficiency
• Oversee inventory, ordering, product planning, and cost controls
• Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, safety, and execution
• Manage cash controls, deposits, and daily financial procedures
• Handle staffing, scheduling, administrative responsibilities, and operational reporting
• Lead from the front and support the team when needed
• Identify opportunities to improve sales, profitability, efficiency, and the overall guest experience

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of General Manager experience in full-service, casual dining, BBQ, or a similar restaurant environment
• Strong restaurant financial acumen, including P&L management, labor, food cost, inventory, and budgeting
• Proven success recruiting, developing, motivating, and retaining teams
• A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• A hands-on, approachable leadership style
• Ability to make sound operational decisions and take ownership of results
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when the business requires it
