Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to determine the mental health needs of patients, forming treatment plans that are both practical and achievable.

• Deliver short-term individual therapy sessions addressing a spectrum of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges.

• Lead group therapy sessions and workshops that focus on themes such as stress management, coping strategies, and emotional resilience to foster community support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The individuals you will serve come from varied backgrounds and experiences, often facing complex mental health challenges that require sensitivity and expertise. Qualifications\n

• A valid and active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related discipline.
\n
• Demonstrated understanding of the mental health issues affecting hospital patients and the ability to engage them effectively in the therapeutic process.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster a trusting relationship with patients and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and crisis intervention methods suitable for a telehealth environment.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience delivering telehealth services, with familiarity in utilizing virtual platforms for mental health counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n
