LaSalle Network is partnering with an established, customer-focused organization that serves homeowners nationwide to hire a Scheduling Coordinator to support its Talent Acquisition team. This is a highly visible role where you'll help create an exceptional candidate experience by keeping interviews organized, schedules on track, and the hiring process moving seamlessly. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys staying organized, communicating with people, and being at the center of a fast-paced recruiting team.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate and confirm interviews between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers, including panel interviews when needed.
• Manage scheduling logistics across phone, video, and onsite interviews while quickly resolving calendar conflicts.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the interview process to deliver a positive candidate experience.
• Support recruiting operations, including coordinating background checks, reference checks, and interview follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate candidate information and interview updates in Paycor.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in scheduling, recruiting coordination, HR support, administrative support, or a similar coordination role.
• Excellent communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with an applicant tracking system (Paycor experience is a plus).
• Bachelor's degree

• Location: Hybrid – Naperville, IL (1–2 days onsite per week)
• Pay: $20–$25/hour (W2)
• Duration: 4–6 month contract with potential for extension
