This remote role includes IEP preparation, participation in IEP meetings, COTA supervision and mentorship, and coordination with fellow OTs to ensure consistent meeting coverage and exceptional student-centered services. Occupational Therapist (Remote) $47.50 - $53.47/hr* *Salary range is contingent upon relatable experience, type of credentialing/certification, education, and use of a second language in your role (50% of the time). Attend and actively participate in virtual IEP meetings, collaborating with families, district staff, and multidisciplinary team members to support student-centered outcomes. Provide clinical supervision, guidance, and mentorship to COTAs, ensuring services are implemented effectively and in accordance with applicable regulations and professional standards. Coordinate with a team of Occupational Therapists to ensure timely coverage of IEP meetings, assessments, and consultation needs across assigned districts. Maintain organized schedules, caseload documentation, and communication systems to support efficient service delivery and successful team collaboration. Consult with school personnel, caregivers, and service providers to develop practical strategies that support student participation, access, and progress within educational environments. Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture by sharing expertise, supporting colleagues, and helping maintain high-quality occupational therapy services.
