About the Opportunity


We are seeking a highly analytical, organized, and forward-thinking leader to spearhead a critical international digital initiative. This pivotal role transcends traditional project management; it's about leading the charge in defining and delivering exceptional client experiences across authenticated web and mobile application journeys. You will be instrumental in mapping comprehensive end-to-end client journeys, identifying crucial experience gaps, and translating complex business, regulatory, operational, and technology needs into tangible, impactful digital capabilities. What You'll Do

• Lead the discovery and definition of requirements for a complex international digital initiative spanning authenticated web and mobile app experiences.
• Map comprehensive end-to-end client journeys across digital, operational, and servicing touchpoints.
• Identify critical client experience gaps, opportunities, dependencies, and areas requiring new or enhanced digital capabilities.
• Define the intended client experience, including workflows, business rules, decision points, error handling, content needs, and exception scenarios.
• Translate intricate business and client needs into detailed functional requirements for design and technology teams.
• Define and document digital development scope, clearly articulating required capabilities, exclusions, and affected teams or platforms.
• Identify the backend domains, systems, services, data, and integrations essential for enabling the digital experience.
• Partner with architecture and technology teams to assess feasibility, dependencies, implementation options, and delivery sequencing.
• Collaborate closely with Legal, Compliance, Risk, business, operations, service, design, technology, and other partners to ensure comprehensive and reviewed requirements.
• Work with user experience design and research teams to develop intuitive web and mobile experiences tailored for international clients.
• Serve as the central digital product contact for the initiative, ensuring alignment across participating teams and resolving cross-domain questions and requirements.
• Partner with project and program management to define, track, and manage digital workstreams, milestones, dependencies, decisions, risks, and delivery readiness.
• Facilitate working sessions to bring together diverse stakeholders, resolve ambiguity, and drive decisions forward.
• Communicate complex client experience and technology considerations clearly and concisely to both working teams and senior leaders.
• Support prioritization and tradeoff decisions based on client impact, business value, risk, feasibility, dependencies, and delivery constraints.
• Maintain traceability between the client journey, business requirements, functional requirements, design decisions, and delivery scope.
• Monitor delivery against the defined client experience and requirements, identifying and resolving any gaps or deviations.
• Potentially provide product leadership for a dedicated delivery or scrum team, including backlog development, story refinement, prioritization, acceptance criteria, and stakeholder alignment.
• Act as a client advocate and digital experience subject matter expert throughout the discovery, planning, and delivery phases.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 7+ years of experience in digital product management, product ownership, business analysis, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience defining or delivering complex digital experiences.
• Demonstrated experience documenting detailed functional requirements, workflows, business rules, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience working across multiple product, business, operational, and technology domains.
• Proficiency with responsive web and mobile app development.
• Experience operating within Agile delivery models.
• Strong project or program management experience, including cross-workstream dependency and risk management.
• Extensive experience leading the definition and delivery of complex digital experiences across responsive web and mobile applications.
• Expert ability to translate client, business, operational, regulatory, and technology needs into detailed and actionable requirements.
• Demonstrated experience evaluating end-to-end journeys that cross multiple product, platform, data, and operational domains.
• Strong understanding of the relationship between front-end client experiences and the backend systems, services, data, and business logic that support them.
• Excellent listening and analytical skills, with the ability to uncover and clarify the underlying intent behind stakeholder requests.
• Ability to create structure in ambiguous environments and move complex, cross-functional initiatives from discovery through delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to influence decisions and build productive relationships across multiple teams and levels of an organization.
• Experience collaborating with Legal, Compliance, Risk, technology, operations, service, design, and business partners.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate detailed requirements and provide concise updates for senior leaders.
• Ability to adapt as initiatives evolve from cross-domain discovery and planning into execution and delivery.
• Curiosity, sound judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to learn complex business and technical concepts quickly.
• Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities with limited direction.

• Experience in financial services, fintech, brokerage, investing, or another highly regulated industry.
• Experience supporting international, global, or multi-market client experiences.
• Experience working with Legal, Compliance, Risk, and regulatory partners.
• Experience mapping complex client journeys that include digital, operational, and servicing components.
• Experience defining requirements across multiple backend systems, APIs, data sources, and enterprise platforms.
• Experience leading a scrum team or serving as a senior Product Owner.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
