Responsibilities Deliver outstanding client support via phone and email. Resolve client inquiries from start to finish. Guide clients to appropriate banking and investment solutions. Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, FINRA, and regulatory requirements. Build strong client relationships while maintaining the highest standards of service and compliance. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree. 0-2 years of customer service experience (financial services or investments preferred). Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office. Active Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, and Series 66 (or Series 63 & 65) licenses are REQUIRED.
