Client Relationship Manager

Client Relationship Manager Location: Manchester Key Responsibilities Identify and liaise with key stakeholders and decision makers for existing customers and partners through business development and client referral. Maintain an online presence via platforms such as LinkedIn to grow the contact network and expand marketing reach. Facilitate client meetings to discuss relevant solutions and maximise sales opportunities. Oversee client projects to ensure delivery is within scope and QA targets are met on time; prepare quotes and proposals and deliver high‑quality presentations. Analyse and interpret sales management information to strategically prioritise the sales pipeline and consistently achieve and exceed targets. Provide high levels of customer service that foster long‑term commercial relationships. Develop an in‑depth understanding of the product offering to ensure accurate positioning within the defined market space. Uncover revenue opportunities through thorough exploration of client problems and needs. Maintain a broad view of OneQA opportunities and initiate dialogue across the portfolio. Your Experience Track record of achieving sales targets. Experience in B2B sales. Ability to work to tight deadlines with a high level of accuracy. Experience resolving queries or offering solutions. Proficiency with IT systems, e.g., Client Relationship Management systems. Knowledge of consultative sales techniques. Understanding of procurement processes. Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with decision makers at a strategic level. Strong knowledge of the sales cycle from initial contact and prospecting to purchasing service offerings. What We Offer Competitive salary and an incentive‑based reward program.
