In this role, the RN Nurse Recruiter will be responsible for strategically identifying, sourcing, and recruiting qualified candidates to meet the hospital's staffing needs. The RN Nurse Recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers, nursing leaders, and various departments to attract the best nursing professionals to join our dedicated team. Qualification

• LPN, ADN, BSN, or MSN - Nurses only should apply, non-nursing candidates will not be considered
• Certification in specialty preferred or specifically certified health-care recruiter, or PHR or SPHR certification
• 3-5 years recruitment experience to include a minimum of 2 years working in a health-care environment or like environment
