Lead the organization's client growth and retention efforts, building and executing strategies that expand the client base while strengthening relationships with existing accounts. - Develop and carry out targeted outreach initiatives designed to attract new clients and convert prospective relationships into long-term partnerships. - Conduct ongoing market research to identify emerging opportunities, track industry trends, and inform client-facing strategy with data-driven insight. - Own the management of key client accounts, serving as a primary point of contact and ensuring a consistently high standard of service across the relationship lifecycle. - Drive lead generation efforts that fuel the sales pipeline, working to identify and qualify new business opportunities on an ongoing basis. - Take direct accountability for overall sales performance, working toward and exceeding revenue and growth targets set for the role. - Partner closely with internal teams to coordinate service delivery, ensuring client needs are met seamlessly across departments. - Set the strategic direction for client development efforts, applying leadership and prioritization skills to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
